I could have included a tab on this site in which I list multiple testimonials from friends, co-workers, family members who would attest to my character. But I didn’t, because if I were you I would be skeptical about those statements’ authenticity.

Well, I can’t. But I’m willing to take that risk.
I’m promoting my service to a limited group of friends and neighbors, and I have faith in your honesty.

1) Unless you and I have made an agreement that you will get a very specific wrap-job, you are agreeing that you will accept the work I do for you. (Of course, I will honor the theme you want, and – as I’ve written elsewhere on this site – it will be every bit as nice as what you’ve seen pictured here.)

2) And here’s the clincher: You don’t pay until you pick up.
If you’re not satisfied with what I present to you – (See what I did there? “Present”? Oh, I crack myself up!) – either I’ll re-do it or you can just take it without paying. Simple as that.

Another easy one. You just say, in a loud and clear voice, “Alexa, turn off Talking Heads or Steve and Edie or Pitbull.”
